How to use divx5.ogm files:
If you haven't set up your system for Ogg and DivX5 playback, check
our FAQ on this URL:

Encoding Notes:

Very nice source; progressive encoded DVD9 with a lot of bitrate for the
picture. Although newly released DVD, this is old movie, so the original
had a lot of movie grain which had to be removed. Sharpening was also
needed; but no IVTC was necessary.

Filters used:

Crop->Conv3D->Pixie(8)->WarpSharp(128)

Warning: this is anamorphic encode. Not all players support this feature.
If the opening WWF logo is not round, either get zx playback pack, or you
may try decoding using ffdshow, but be aware that there are some quality
issues with DivX5 decoding. Alternatively, use aspect ratio of 1.844:1
(1.185:1 pixel aspect ratio) in your movie player.

Since there was enough space, I've included Japanese Audio commentary.
I hope it'll be a good training at least for some of you ^_^.

The default English subtitles are taken directly from the Japanese DVD,
but since some of the translation seemed a bit weird to me, I've decided
to include fansub as well. Unfortunately it seems that there does not
exist correctly timed version of the script, so I ended up timing
everything from scratch. It is still not perfect, as it was my first
timing in about two years - but much better than the original. The same
timing was used for the Czech translation.
Japanese subs are left in VobSub, English and Czech fansubs were rendered
to VobSub from SSA to maintain formatting and avoid playback problems.
SSA scripts are included as attachments in the first part for the curious.

Chapter names are made up from context, original DVD had only pictures.

Nausicaa.net short introduction:

NausicaüE the princess of a small nation, lives in a world devastated by
a holocaust called the "Seven Days of Fire". She tries to stop other warring
