hi to everyone i have downloaded this software and i have tried to unlock my mobile but it didnt succed. i have a LG Viewty KU990 blocked at Orange, in France. the version of the phone is V10e. i really followed all instructions step by step, and everything went good, but at the end when the phone resarted, it appeared that it was not unlocked. everything remained the same. is there any explanation? thank you in advance!

i've downloaded LG Unlock software and everything went fine with the install i just dont no what to do i've done the NV restore (not sure if i was ment to do that but i done it anyway) i am on a page called lg3g i put in my phone IMEI number and clicked ''CHANGE PHONE IMEI'' and then clicked DIRECT UNLOCK then APPLY JOBS theres a green bar going up and down its been doing that for about 1hour now and it says'' BACK UP NV BEFORE CHOOSING DIRECT UNLOCK AFTER UNLOCK FINISHED,DO NOT POWER OFF PHONE AND RESTORE NV!!! searching for USB devices... am i doing this rite?? please someone help that has already unlocked there mobile phone with this software i have an LG Viewty Locked on orange trying to get it unlocked to all networks so can put my 02 simcard in it Someone help please would be much appreciated Thanks.

first of all i have not a stolen phone. i have bought the phone in internet at the web page of Orange Telecom which is part of France Telecom. Second of all, i have tried several times to unlock my Viewty with this software but it didnt work. i have even contacted the owner of this software and i explained to him that i have followed all steps, yet the phone was not unlocked. it works only at Orange and not in any other network. he couldnt help me, thats why i posted my comment here to see if anyone else has the same problem.
