Download CCCP, and use it, Pshyco. Yes it is dubbed. Dual Audio means that is has, usually, English and Japanese both in the file. It also will have one or more subtitles packed in. And with the right players/codecs you can choose which it plays, just as you might on a DVD. CCCP is by far the best choice I've found. But it does have good quality and it works on my VLC media player.
