It is no wonder that the negroes looked at them as gods, and no wonder that the visitors looked at the negroes as less than fully human, for the anthropology of Africa at that time had mastered little more than decorating their bodies with animal bones. Even today, into the 21st century, the peoples of Africa have advanced in almost none of these areas since being "discovered" by the outside world. It cannot be denied that, historically, negroes are categorically, truly, the least competitive humans on Earth. Africa is starkly conspicuous in its inferiority to all other populated continents when studied in terms of its categorically dismal record of human performance. (It can be argued that even Africa?s general biological balance status is substandard, when its human populations are included in ecological models, and particularly when considering disease demographics and general maladjustment of biosystems, etc.) Africans have proven themselves uniformly incompetent in their ability to accomplish even the most basic tenets of elementary scientific progress, and, moreover, in their consistently demonstrated incapacity to govern themselves to the point of anything beyond primitive tribal strife. Their universal ineptitudes extend even to their complete misunderstanding of the most basic protocols of sanitary habits, and in their brutality and foolishness as reflected in their ceaselessly self-defeating tendency toward pathetic and futile warfare, their perpetually unstructured social chaos, and in their mindless destruction of their own habitat. While Europeans were inventing microscopes and developing legitimate knowledge of microbiology in the 15th and 16th centuries, and when Asians were refining the use of explosives and accomplishing substantial agricultural efficiency, negroes in Africa were still urinating upstream in sources of their own drinking water. In most of Africa today these cultural inferiorities continue, and little evidence exists even yet that negro populations have risen above even Stone Age standards of basic maintenance behaviors. Modern influence of European and Asian technology, unfortunately, has only served to accelerate the inferiority of negroes, as illustrated by the firearm and its recent history of Africans stupidly decimating their own wildlife in only a fraction of a single century. Not only do negroes seem incapable of profiting from the intelligence and progress of others, they seem able only to misunderstand and misuse the achievements of the more advanced races, ultimately degrading their own quality of life even further than in their pitiable natural condition. An even more discouraging indictment of American negroes is the fact that African negroes brought to North America as slaves were, as a function of the very process of their disposition, the worst of the worst. They were universally recognized as the weakest of all Africans in Nigeria and along the Ivory Coast, captured by other smarter and stronger Africans, deservedly treated with contempt and hate by all other groups, including even their superior black captors. The European Americans to whom they were eventually sold were so obviously superior in intellect to all Africans as to appear godlike in comparison to these specifically inferior ?slave material only? blacks. Their consequent lives as slaves in America in point of actuality elevated them to standards of living never previously even contemplated by their ancestors. They were taught sanitation and health precepts that they demonstrably could never have refined on their own. They were introduced to Christian religion based social principles, which had utterly resisted any sign of natural independent development in Africa, including such basic recognitions as the socially suicidal consequences of wanton murder, theft, and the implications of other primitive deficits of integrity. Today the American negro, even though he enjoys standards of living and economic comforts vastly superior to those of negroes living on their native continent, does not understand or appreciate his artificially fortunate circumstance, and has not been able to accomplish any true degree of integration into mainstream world human behavior. Certainly he has not accomplished the ability to function in American society, and the stark differences between black and white responses to the abominable O.J. Simpson verdict illustrate composite negro failure in America perhaps more conclusively than any other single measurable index, except possibly the murder of Eve Carson. And finally, in overview of the indelibly revealing time line which reflects thousands of centuries completely devoid of any indigenous African progress whatsoever, specifically within technological, political, and cultural/social disciplines, and considering all the accrued evidence of the negro's undeniably fundamental evolutionary inferiority, the outlook that he ever will is enormously bleak.

Although your "essay" has been interesting to read, I do believe that you cannot place a "marker" on a group of individuals. Any SANE person - regardless of IQ - wouldn't go any further than that. Simply consider the words " . . . and KNOWN measure or standard . . ." KNOWN???? Whoever wrote that is absolutely friggen out of his mind. Or was he? WHEN was this written anyway? The 1800s? Perhaps propaganda to justify slavery? This has the appearance of a dissertation that the author believed would be taken seriously by members of the scientific community. I would guess that when this was written, many members of the scientific community did take it seriously. But anybody who would see it as valid NOW is demonstrating to everybody that he seriously needs help! Would the one who wishes to enlighten us care to enlighten us further by showing us when this was written? Please, by all means . . .
