Supposedly the Audio from the first up was a little out of sync. It didn't bother me at all, but if you want it 'perfect' then this is the better one, of course. (yeah, i state the obvious hehe)

Some of the earlier versions also had strange color flickering problem, althought minor and most people would not even notice it.
