Dolt and a lover of weeds accidentally became witness of a murder and, after catching his friend, the same loser, as he tries to throw from the city to escape the bad guys. The case smells of kerosene, because the Mafia has decided to make friends forever silenced. In these films, the plot, in general, is not important, important to come up with more jokes.
