I am not responsible for the trailer posted by Carola_R here, but you can get an idea of the content of the DVD. However, the quality of the DVD is considerably higher than that of this trailer, and actually is of higher quality than the PS2 version of this game, as the DVD was made exclusively from the PC version, complete with FSAA. --Enjoy

This DVD was professionally made. It Is NOT cheesy. Unlike other game movies this 1 has dvd menus and even an Special features section that you can view the alternate endings and death scene. Thank you very much for sharing and credits 2 the person who made this.

This DVD is in NTSC Format. Something that one downloader brought to my attention is that I had not listed anywhere what the format may be. This DVD should be able to be watched in Windows using Media Player Classic (note: this is not Windows Media Player) as an alternative to an NTSC DVD player.

I am doing SH2 for PC next, actually. I'll be starting it within a month. If anyone has any savegames for alternate endings, that would speed up my project a bit. Contact me via the email address in the "About" on the DVD, or the readme.txt within the ISO.

If you do the video for "silenthill origins" I think it would be alot more appreciated as its only available for PS2 and PSP so PC users wont know the story or anything. what do you think?

I plan on doing "Origins" after SH2, however, I am currently looking into a good solid capture method from the PS2. What I have does not produce acceptable results. I am leaning toward getting a firewire device, but if anyone has any suggestions, they would be appreciated. Also, unfortunately, due to a hardware meltdown, I had to delay work on SH2. I have a good start on it, but it looks like I may not get it completed now until the end of February.

Alright then. After many many Many setbacks, including both technical and occupational (the kind of occupational setback that makes you money, but steals all your free time), the capturing of SH2SE is underway. I am capturing from the PC version, so there are a few texture effects that are missing, but the video quality is very nice. Unfortunately, SH2 caps the framerate at 30FPS (result of the PS2->PC port?), so I am afraid it will be shot in 480p, and not 480i, but I am sure you'll forgive me. By the time I am finished, the whole thing should be there, including the "Born from a Wish" scenario. One last plea here for savegames. Though I can get most of the content myself, it would save tons of time if someone would send me savegames for the alternate endings and stuff. I lost my original savegames many a re-install ago. My email address can be found on the ISO in this torrent, or better yet, post a link here. Also, if anyone wants to start a forum thread somewhere to discuss any of this, feel free to post a link to it here as well. I'll be happy to join any discussion and take any suggestions. Something like that would probably work out better than TPB comments, don't you think?

Folks, don't worry about the seeder count. I seed as often as I am able, (about 75% of the time) and I have 2mbps upstream speed. My typical upload is between 100Kbps and 180Kbps. If you start downloading it, you will definitely get it. Also, leave comments. I want to hear peoples' input on my project.
