The other link IS better quality, but not for the reason of this one only being 700 mb. This one is encoded DivX 3 Shalashaska1's is Xvid.

Besides, Shalashaska's version is the directors cut, major difference is that the opening song where donnie rides his bike was changed from "the Killing Moon" to some piece of shit U2 song, which changes the opening feeling and pitch of the film.
