Hi everybody. Please leave comments on the quality of my rip. I only rip into Vob files and I only rip and seed 1 Vob file at a time and I seed for for a long time in order to build up a self sustaining torrent. When I am satisfied that the torrent has a life of it's own I will proceed to upload another movie. Thanks ThumbinPlumb

The quality is good and ive been looking for this vid thnx to the uploader.... but is there any way to burn a single VOB to dvd? I tried Ifo edit but I just get an error after it scans.

How to burn a vob file to DVD. This is what I found Googling. If your using Windows try the stuff below. I use Linux so thats what I know. Here is the solution to having VOB files without the accompanying IFO, BUP files. Or, if you have damaged IFO or BUP files. 1) Download IFOEDIT. It is a tiny application and is free 2) Run IFOEDIT and click on the button at the bottom that says Create IFOs. 3) Select the 1st VOB file in the series that you have saved 4) Click OK 5) It will take a little while depending on the speed of your system, however, it will analyze all of the VOB files in your directory and create the necessary IFO and BUP files. 6) You can now burn your DVDs the regular way. Download ifoedit here I think. http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/ifoedit-basic.htm Some dude somewhere on a forum: When I was a novice at this, I noticed that when you use Nero Burning Rom to burn the ifo/vob/etc to dvd you don?t want to start your project with: create new dvd-iso. Not all home dvd players can play that result. At least my Kenwood didn't. To avoid problems always choose dvd-movie. It?s a small detail, but it cost me a couple of disks to find out. I don't know what to use on Linux/Unix as I have never tried to burn a movie on those os.

Izzual, try using nero to create the proper ifo files by selecting create dvd-movie.

Thnx for the info but didnt work for me IFOedit scans the file and at the end gives me some erro r could not find vob unit in VOB files. when i try to just create as new DVD video with nero says the file is too large and I should use UDF format so i tried this as well. It burns but when played in my home dvd player I get no sound. Ah well the search continues for me. Thnx anyways.

To make a DVD from this VOB file, use Rejig in file mode to demux the video (use 100% compression factor) and audio streams, then use Rejig again in DVD author mode to put it back together into correct 1gb VOB files, then use Imgburn to make an ISO and/or burn to disk.
