Martha has recently shown a brilliant dissertation on the philosophy and enthusiastically rushed to look for work. But all the interviews, which Martha regularly visits, ending a promising "we will call you". But time is running out and no one is eager to offer the girl some kind of job. But when she does so desperate that fate throws up an unexpected gift: a chance greeted in the subway girl persuades her mother to invite Martha to work as a nanny. Instead, "mother" offers Martha to work at call center. Since, Martha is the first time in a strange world full of nervous women, armed with headsets, computers and mobile phones all day taking calls from disgruntled customers. From now, every morning she wakes up of cheerful SMS from the leadership, at the office she has to make an exercises and her every action is followed by watchful eye of "Big Brother". The film difficult, if you are not acquainted with the European cinema, and a good melodrama mixed with comedy for those who have already tasted the beauty of a custom movie that is not associated with the Maine streams.
