I liked it, I lol at all you Japanophiles and your "Ooh, I can't understand what they are saying but it sounds cooler when I constantly have to look at the bottom of the screen to see what is being said!", I understand the feeling, but come on, for this kind of movie? Really? There is something to it when you can hear what is being said and *understanding* it, all while watching the movie, not having to look at the bottom to know what's going on... Going to seed for a while, just to piss some people off, while making others happy! :D

Dubbed or Subbed it all comes out the same, so quitcherbitchin! I admit this movie is not a zillion dollar efx blockbuster. BUT THAT IS WHY ITS SO GREAT!!!! I think this is the best *bad* movie I have seen in years. My friends & family agree. LDBAMC was right that if the trailer doesn't make you laugh, this movie is not for you. All of you high & mighty japan-aphobs should stick to your kiddie films & let the adults to the comments.

I figure since we dubbing these movies now, I should request some other ridiculous dub overs. Here's a clue, if you don't want to read subtitles, learn to speak Japanese, or, don't watch the movie. [2] Translation: all too often 'compromises' are made in dialogue translation. What can that lead to...sanitized dialogue, altered intent of a delivered line. IMO-the WORST sin of dubbing. A decent team of translators will get you the meaning of being of what's being spoken. Dubbing means their efforts get sent to a team of writers who WILL compromise the dialogue for the sake of the 'voice-over' actors. Yeah...I'll admit it's a pet peeve of mine. IMO-most dubs ****, occasionally I'll be pleasantly surprised but thats a very rare thing. IMO-dubs are for the illiterate [government school grads]. REAL fans watch subs. For this film...probably not that important. Shrieking and yelling can be done by any second-rate voice-over actor.

As to movie being good? Well DeanWin...that's kinda subjective. If you're cool with buckets o'blood being ****ed in front of the camera's POV, and seeing body parts flying about...well, you're in luck. If not, move along, nothing to see here. Dubbed: a dialogue voice-over in a spoken language other than than the one being used by the actors. Sometimes well done, mostly badly done. My opinion: [1] voice projection and inflection are critical acting skills. The odds of duplicating someone else's [the actor being dubbed...] 'emotional projection' to the same level as the original speaker [if they're a half-way decent actor], doubtful. It doesn't mean they're bad, but you're getting cheated IMO. Even if you can't understand the lingo, you're still getting the actor's projection of the character; that you will get.

yeah, I understand Japanese (my wife is Japanese and we live in Japan) but I always prefer dubbed or I end up missing some of the dialogue. And I don't like subs cause I end up looking at them most of the time and end up missing the beauty of the actual cinematography and film. I understand why a lot of people like original language with Eng subs...but I don't understand why they have to be so hardcore persistent and annoying about dissing dub and yaddy, yaddy yaddying about subs being more 1337 and whatnot. Go elsewhere and find a non-dub rip. There are plenty of Asian cinema torrent sites out there. No ones forcing you to come here and download this. Hmmm, didn't expect my post to turn into a rant but it kinda did, sorry to offend anyone...maybe.

This is really a piece of sh*it i ever viewed. This is a very silly movie. I strongly recommend u not to download this movie. If u want to laugh out with frustration then go for this. Ya its right i wondered that asian action movie is still such a garbage in 2008. But the copy is perfect quality.
