And not everyone burns before they watch. I hace my PC connected directly to my Sony Bravia 46" and watch most films direct from the hard drive. For me only 5% of films need a full 4.7gb quality to be enjoyed. CGI heavy action films mostly.

Thanks DiAMOND @ rrpostal What the HeII are you talking about A blank Dvd can hold well over 700Mb. Thanks DiAMOND @ bullyson777 People aim for the 700Mb versions because it's easy and convienient. Sure the quality most times are better on 1 gig files but to me, and I think I speak for most when I say that the 700Mb files are good enough quality. I usually download the 1 gig torrents when it's a really long movie. In that case, the 700Mb files just don't cut it. ( that is just my preference ) Hope this answears your question

Diamond takes the retail DVD then rips it to their computer. They then compress it to fit on 1 or 2 cd's. Then they upload it. THEY ALSO UPLOAD THE FULL DVDr VERSION UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME. This is where aXXo downloads the DVDr and compresses it using his own SUPERIOR techniques. aXXo's compression skills are greater than diamonds. As a result, aXXo's movies are better quality. The only downside is that they take longer to become available then the first scene release.

This is a scene release that is why it is 700mb. There are rules to scene releases one of which is that a movie must be either the size of 1 cd or 2 cd's. Scene rips are the bomb. aXXo rips are for beginners. KvCD rips are for people who are to stingy to buy a DIVX / XVID compatible DVD player (or hook their computer up to their TV). How people can stand to watch a movie in Video CD quality is beyond me. Enter the 21st century people.

Ok, regarding aXXo I was just having a joke to prod the paranoid among us, and really, there seem to be a lot of you. Every time I come onto this site and read these threads I find people having a go at each other about the smallest, pettiest, stupidest things. You all need to take a chill pill, relax, download the frickin movies and watch em, just as aXXo, DiAMOND and the others intended.
