Yes, in fact i did watch the movie after deleting the srt files. This movie has the subtitles HARDCOPIED into the recording. This means that you cannot remove subtitles. Yes, yes we all know that srt files are subtitles blah blah but this is not the case with this recording. Hope this clears things up for some of you guys.

Just watched it, video quality is great 10/10, the sound is also top quality 10/10. HOWEVER - There are english subs and considering this movie is in english its rather annoying. In addition the subs also cover everything, for example if a dog barks subs come up "dog barking", this becomes extreamly frustrating after awhile. I cant seem to remove the subtitles even if i delete the srt files. If anyone has figured out how to remove then please share:) cheers

This is a great film, It is a real video, Excellent quality and sound, There are hard copied SUBS in the video, so this copy would be best for "on the go" movie watchers where on planes they have to turn down the sound, or something. If you can get over the subs or they don't bother ya, Its a great movie. I know this one can be watched with sound off, (for those bored in a college class) or in populated areas.

good film, good quality, Val Kilmer is a bit of a chucky monkey now. i removed the .srt file right a way no prolems there is still some subtitles on the spanish speakers.

it may be good quality, but one of the worst movies to waste time on two words, Val Kilmer , ugh.
