Thanks to everyone who was a part of this torrent. Scientific knowledge should be free for all. That is the very idea behind a Library. As such, it makes sense for the onus to be on us, rather than you, to decide which parts of the Library we want to access. It is better to have 'one large file' as opposed to several torrents. If this torrent is a Library, what would many be? Books? In what Library? Just as a single book may be lost, a single torrent may also. As the less popular torrents become less and less seeded, some of the knowledge may be lost. There are many clients available for downloading torrents that each have their perks. It is much less work for us, and not antithetical to this torrent, to find a solution ourselves rather than splitting up the Library. utorrent: check the april 2008 comments azureus: when you download a torrent, a window pops up that gives you the option to check/uncheck the files you want (w/ select/unselect all). Also in the files tab you can set the priority of each file to "do not download" thereby releasing the allocated memory (frees up HDD). Simply right-click on the file and select "do not download" Anybody else want to post a workaround? Once again: Thanks and keep up the amazing work!

@Maceus: When I finally download all of the GST Library up until now, I plan to post one big torrent. There is actually some redundancy in the library: some books are posted as both pdf and djvu format, pdfs being about 10x larger. Anyway, I am very grateful to whoever it was that went through most of the effort in putting all of this together, and also for everyone who put in time to scan and digitize these books!

tripiecz, this is fantastic as ever. Would it be possible to make a complete list of all of the books (preferably in categories they're already in) for every DVD of the library? I'm going to download every disk's worth onto an external HDD and will want an easy way to organize it. Many thanks again, keep up the good work!
