I followed much of the behind-the-scenes Viral Marketing that took place as a build-up to the movie, and saw the movie on opening night in the theater. The scenes that have a steady camera view are awesome. The scenes with a shaky-cam (ala Blair Witch) are horrid. The back story that was so wonderful in the viral marketing is entirely missing from the final movie. There is SO much more to the back story than what they show in the final cut that I was disappointed. However the parts that they do well, they do VERY well. If you think you might want to see this film, then watch it. If you are not expecting too much, then you will enjoy the film.

The Visual Effects and Making Of menus do not work at all. Everything else seems fine. 6/10 because I really wanted to see all the extras.

Never mind, it works! I just have to burn it and play it on my DVD player. I normally watch all dl'ed movies on my comp, but from some reason this will not play on it. Oh well all good.

boobooman - Obviously something to do with your mpeg2 decoder setup, since it plays properly on your dvd player
