Unfortunatly you cannot just extract one version of Windows without downloading the entire thing. But once you have it, you are set for life (Well, it's starting to show it's age a bit, since Vista is out now)

You noobs who are always bitching about slow torrent speeds need to deal with your TCP/IP half-open connections AND use a decent bittorrent client. I use Bit Torrent 6.0.2 and have altered my TCP/IP half-open connections in my XP O.S. to 100 from the stock 10. I routinely get 200+k/bs. The use of uTorrent sux cause uTorrent isn't as configurable.
