LMAO @ the 'Stang fanbois here. The current Mustang has the grace of an elephant. It looks like it was designed by a 10-yr old from lego parts. Godawful aesthetics. The big engine might be great in a straight line, but the weight and lousy suspension give it the cornering ability of a school bus. Sorry to burst fanbois bubbles, this is a reality check.

Nice Rip, however the movie itself does not seem to hold the same charisma as the old show. My personal opinion was that they went to far with some of the abilities of the car like the elaborate transformation, i would have liked to see them keep it a little more down to earth and use a different car, i don't much care for the new mustangs.

This I believe is a copy of the 2 hour movie shown on US tv's NBC channel which was broadcast on sunday the 17th of Feb, (check out IMDB's write up it gets a pretty poor review though ) could be cheese but im gonna give it a try...................

Thanks for the upload, however you can't call this HD or even HR for that matter. The TV movie was two hour long on TV, a regular HDTV Rip is 350MB for an hour show (44min without ads), and a Hi-Res HDTV rip is 700MB per 44min. Considering the TV movie was 1h 44min this is just plain old HDTV Rip. STILL VERY NICE PICTURE QUALITY AND SOUND

downloaded & watched - good quality & decent film IMO, Should be a good series. Has anybody tried putting it on dvd yet though, I put it on and after abour 59 mins the sound goes about 5 seconds out of sync?

# 48 It depends on what programs you are using to decode the .avi file with. If you use free software it is likely you won't get the best conversion. I tend to use "Convert X to DVD", it allows you to re-encode pretty much any video format to DVD then burns it automatically for you. OK, the scripting really was pretty awful and some of the acting was, as previously mentioned, more wooden than a redwood, but my main gripe which, to be fair, is probably not going to be something many people have even thought about, is that the voice of KITT never actually sounds like it's coming from the car. It just sounds as though its been added on as a voice over in post production (which is obviously the case i realise). What i'm getting at is that the original actually had a 'boxey' sound as though it were coming out of the speakers in the car, or even a small speaker under the center console. This is still where the voice would come from even in todays car so i do hope they do some sound processing to make it at least SOUND as though the voice is coming from the car and not some magical disembodied voice.... It's also a shame that they are alienating a huge group of potential viewers by having the adult themes which really add nothing to the story or the characters. If they cut out the actual killings and the sexual references, the show would not be anything less than it already is, and there would be no problem with all ages watching it as was the case in the original. The only reason this would be successful is BECAUSE kids watched the original and have now grown up but still have fond memories of KR. If they now disregard that generation this time round, whilst they may get ratings from the older generation, the show will NOT have the longevity the original still has..... Though what do i know eh?......... i hope this helps you make up you mind to download it.
