There is already an unrared file with this release. (Nero 8.2.8.1 online.exe) Or you can go to the site and unrar a file that is the same thing! Couldn't get it to work says "Could not connect to download."

Thanks for the advice jmernith. Did as you said and did manage to get a connection...but now I get this message: "There are no Nero product updates available at the moment." Maybe I'll try again later.

Worked fine for me. Found the password in the forum. Just let the installer do his thing, and later put in the keygen. Thanx! PS there is indeed no update, while its the latest available....

Finally got this baby to download and install.(1.5 hrs) The problem is it's not 8.2.8.1!! It's still 8.2.8.0! Freaking dorks!

Matters not as it is oem drive specific, if you have not got the drive then it aint going to work........Nuts !!!!
