Followed nfo install EXACTLY but keep getting invalid activations key. Tried un/&/reinstalling but no luck. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Finally got it installed. I changed the default install directory to just videocharge, followed NFO instructions exactley and it worked perfectly. Thanks PlanetMaster for another great upload.

Didn't work for me if I added all of the folders at the same time, had to add the non-main folders then the main folder separately, make sure you don't try to combine those two steps. Thanks PlanetMaster!

I loaded program and it worked great for a week. I tried to use it this morning, both the wizard and the editor, and I get a runtime error -- "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate the program in an unusual way"-- I have reinstalled it and it keeps coming up the same. Any thoughts?

Do what PlanetMaster says' follow the instructions. I got it wrong the first time. I didn't start with main files first, I also couldn't remember putting files in a folder so I did it again' It would not work for me ( activation code would not work) reinstalled it and now works fine. Thanks PlanetMaster. You do good work.

If you get a "runtime error" I recommend upgrading your winxp to service pack 2. I had the same problem with Roxio but after upgrading from SP1 to SP2, the error does not show anymore. To open .nfo files, right click on the file, then click "open with..." then choose the program notepad or wordpad. That should do the trick. ^_^
