I've downloaded the file too and did everything what was on your instructions, but still all i get is the "Press X for PAL - O for NTSC" and it's not working, it just turns off the psp. Maybe because you said that there's a vital file missing? please help... we really love this game! anyway, thanks for the upload! =)
