Two of the most popular actors of that times act in one of the most legendary action science fiction films of the nineties; they perform the roles super warriors, invincible zombie cyborgs which were created on the basis of the deceased soldiers killed in Vietnam. At the end of his term of service in Vietnam a private soldier named Luke Devero who is ready to be sent home witnesses a merciless murder of two peaceful Japanese residents by another American sergeant who presumably has gone mad after all the terrors of the war. Luke tries to stop him and they begin to fight. As the result soldiers kill each other in the fight and their bodies are delivered home into the secret laboratory where they get another life in the form of merciless and industrious cyborgs warriors who lack emotions, memory and feelings. However, the scientists haven’t foreseen the situation when the memory can come back provoked by some very important events which would woke their feelings.
