there's ashampoo movie shrink if you're a newbie.You can always re-encode the file with virtual dub or mediacoder or super(but you have to calculate the bitrate first then you can make a 2pass xvid encoding.there is tons of tutorials on the net.

I agree with sijazz whole heartedly. ConvertX to DVD is a very simple program for a newb to use. It does a great job. And thanks to Klaxxon for another great rip.

im wanting to leave it as an avi file as my dvd player dosnt play when converted it only plays when it is an avi file and i have been using my computers built in record now but files over 800 will not burn so i need to keep it an avi file but cheers anyway have tried but not working

If Klaxxon is supposed to be as good as Axxo why do we have to alter files to burn to dvd? Any suggestions. Have patience everybody we all need a break now & then Axxo will be back. You can't keep a good man/woman down forever
