i encounter this problem after i press x n goes into the SOE file,it say "The system configuration of this psp system does not appear to be correct. the update cannot be completed, Contact techincial support for assistance (DRNFFFFFFD7)".Pls help, my version now 3.71 M33-4.

me too, i reach 99% while installing cfw 3.80, im waiting for it to complete then suddenly i got "the update cannot be completed, Contact technicial support for assistance" message. my psp hangs, i waited an hour for the message to disappear, (but i know something went wrong) i followed the read me file carefully then this happens. and now i got a full bricked psp. i don't have the right tools to unbrick my psp, and i dont know someone who can lend me a psp to create the right tools for unbricking. -just created pandora battery without psp (hardmod) -currently downloading totalnewbieinstallerpandoragui

it works STILL ON 3.71M33 AFTER following the pandoragui but my battery.. oh, forget the battery it,s still cheaper than buying a brand new psp
