Maybe ESET named this specific patch a virus, I know they named Peerguardian malware... Not saying your file is dirty, but NOD32 does say it is a virus.

NOD32v2 say that NOD32_v3_FiX_1.1-TemDono is the ''Win32/HackAV.AJ''...NOT TRUE...NOD32v2 IS A OLDER VERSION...and is normal to say that is a virus...IS NOT TRUE..fuck older versions....and Prevx1 v2 another antivirus say that is Heuristic: Suspicious Self Modifying File...FUCK Prevx1 v2

worked nicely for a couple of months but recently it blocked my browsers from connecting to internet. I was able to ping websites but not access them through a browser. It worked in safe mode aswell so i assumed something was blocking the browser. After uninstalling NOD32, browsing worked like a charm again. Im not saying this error happens to everyone but ive gotten it twice actually, about a week ago i reformatted due to the same error (wasn't able to find it then, never thought about NOD 32) so perhaps there is something wrong with one of the recent updates. Im using Vista with SP1. Though...If it works for you - keep on using it!

Just do as @sajty said. This worked both for antivirus and smart security, the crack will make it trial till 2050, i will die by then ;), During install check "set update parameter later" and delete those username and password fields, and just make sure you select the update as "choose automatically. With both msi in torrent and trial dload from eset I get a message something like..cannot open cabinet as it is corrupted and it then unloads what it had during the setup. Both with smart and regular virus.

i have downloaded the entire torrent but my nod32 keeps alerting me about the crack file. Nod32 thinks the crack is a win32/HackAV.AJ application and tries to access explorer.exe. Anyone tried scanning the crack with another anti-virus? I dont want to gamble by trying it out. i hope someone can help.

this software crap i just tried it and had to start up in safety mood cus it kept me pc on contently loading don't use it. to all out there if this should happen to you when in safety mood go to start programs and go to nod32 and uninstall that way then reboot

Works perfectly if you download the installer file from "http://www.eset.com/" 1) download the installer from http://www.eset.com/ 2) update virus definitions 3) apply crack from this torrent 4) restart *it will not work with the installer from this torrent, only with the file from http://www.eset.com/
