0v3chkin: Are you only using WMP 11? I know i've had real probs with that, and it's a pretty easy solution; Get another player like Media Player Classic or VLC OR get K-Lite Kuro-Hana, thank you for bringing Death Note to me

@Appleyard & eisengrind: Try installing the Lazy Mans MKV Codec, thats always solved any lag problems I've had playing MKV's in VLC in the past.
