If you get a Virus alert, it's false positive. The Winrar sfx file contains yahoomessenger exe patched and upx'ed (exe compressed). A batch file to compress yahoo messenger folder with upx to below 7 mb. UPX can produce false positive but feel free to upx -d (decompress) and check by self.
