Its a trick Im seeing more and more often. The file is only named as .avi, its actually a .zip or a .rar file, you have to change the file extension, and naturally it is password protected.

I just downloaded this torrent to check for myself It plays fine, no password needed You guys are downloading fakes that us mods delete, so after you find out its fake you come back, search & find a different torrent (as the fake is gone) Stop reporting torrents as having a password when they don't!!!!!

After downloading the passworded one and posting on here and being told there was no password needed i checked again and found the file i had downloaded was not on here anymore.( one exact size match but a totally diff episode ) the same download repeated ( checked with the hash number )got me a non passworded version. It would seem the people who downloaded early are getting a download of a folder named as an avi file and containing a zip file needing a password the people who added the download later are getting a straight avi file. I dont know how this is poss, but i have myself downloaded the same hash number twice and got two different files as a result. Hope everone else is as confused as I am !!

An AVI torrent. NO rar. NO zip. NO passwords. You guys either have the wrong torrents for all these Heroes Password complaints or... ...you have a bunch of adware/malware on your systems that are doing this to you. Too bad, do a decent virus scan.

Person who reported a problem - it doesn't HAVE a password, it's an avi file. Report on the right torrent, particularly if you're going to curse about it

Downloaded this before any comments were posted. Found to be a zip file requiring password to unzip, requires 5.5 min call to 1.5 uk pounds per min premium line to obtain. Came back to check for comments and found the above, obviously i am not the only one to get the password requirement, however according to the post, I as well as "person who reported a problem" must be being a bit thick, Would anyone who has NOT encounterd a password block please be kind enough to share how they did it with us mere mortals

Yo! It certainly DOES need a password. There is one rar'ed file inside of another, and the inner rar needs a password. Why didn't this download say it needed a password? It would be helpful if it were provided, please.

Unless the torrent details are completely wrong http://www.mininova.org/det/966942 this is an AVI file. Avi files can NOT be passworded. There is NO rar here.

I just took the time to download yet another one ... HDTV-LOL VTV ... and it didn't say it was password protected either, but it is ... by same people: "Thanks for downloading the torrent file file To get the pw to extract the file is simple 1)go to www.Xboxfreebie.com 2)input any email address it doesnt have to be yours and click submit 3) You will see green writing on the next page. The first word in green with the exclamation point is the password you have to use it with the exclaimation point Simple huh Enjoy the file" Could someone PLEASE aim me at a file I CAN download that doesn't have this protection on it ... since this is the second one tonight - with no warning.

I don't know what software you lot use, but I use Utorrent. This SHOWS you what's in the torrent BEFORE you download it. If it's a Zip or a RAR, go to the next one and don't download it. EZTV's downloads ( the real one's ) have always been great for me. I always look specificaly for his now. I downloaded his earlier and it was fine.
