I think the problem you're having is that you need to be a member of www.thebox.biz in order to use their tracker, which is unfortunately the only tracker this torrent seems to have, and membership with thebox.biz is quite difficult to obtain. So, even though there are currently 4 seeds for this file, no one can download it without membership. It pisses me right the fuck off, but that's the way it goes sometimes! Try eMule, or newsgroups...the latter is not free, however, but this is where I downloaded the first part of Honour Kills (the second part hasn't appeared there either haha). Oh well.
