Of course they make you believe. But in reality all they're showing you to do is skim read, while wasting your time with the useless photoreading step. Try the same thing without the photoreading step, I can guarantee similar results.

Photo reading is real! It is a skill that can easily be developed. Speed reading works, but you won't be able speed read immediately, because it is a skill you have to develop. Meaning, with practice and time, you will become a speed reader. Photo reading like any other skill, needs to be developed too. The dvd is a bit slow paced, but watch them all without fast forwarding. After watching them, read the manual. I' am always skeptical of new ideas. Even so, I give it try or investigate it before I call it garbage. Since when did wikipedia become the final authority on what's fact and truth?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! i'm studying economy, psychology and foreign languages thanks to photoreading. the key is to believe it. as simple as that. the fact is that we use less than 10% of our brain and look around you, observe what we have achieved so far. but then, ask yourself what we can do with the whole 100%. Photoreading is just a thinny little thing in comparison to what the evolution is briging to us...and i'm looking forward to all of it! don't be so doubtful and judgemental, try it, but really try it, get rid of thoughts like "this won't work, they're just playing us to get more *****". i'm telling you - it does work. if you don't believe me and just let this pass by you, you're just gonna keep wasting a lot of your time and nerves for studying. thank you thank you thank you again

I definitely agree with you on that, Wikipedia is certainly often full of incorrect garbage. However, it has been proven again and again, not just on Wikipedia (not to say that Wikipedia is proof, of course it isn't), that this nonsense about the 'full potential of the mind' is garbage. The human brain as it appears to be on the outside is an amazing occurrence as it is, its impossible for there to be such a huge jump in evolution from earlier primates and mammals to humans. The photo reading process is simply a commercialized version of skim reading processes. Take out the photo reading step and put in a more efficient step and there you have it, you've just defeated the photo reading course's comprehension and memory power capabilities.

Continued: Don't become filled with false confidence in your abilities. If photo reading really did what it promised to do, there would be geniuses rising up and becoming famous all over the place for being amazing experts in their fields. No, you're just wasting your time on such a thing. I've tried countless ways to save time in my studies and when working, and I can assure anyone that Photoreading isn't one of them.

Further in the videos itself the women who explains says that while rapid read you can take a specific topic which gather attention and go through that(THIS CLEARLY TELLS THAT ONLY THE SPECIFIC TOPIC YOU ARE INTERESTED CAN BE PHOTO READ NOT THE ENTIRE BOOK ).If we do so only that thing alone makes sense in the entire book .IF YOU BELIEVE IN PHOTO READ AND FEELS IT REALLY WORKS READ SOME TECHNICAL CONTENT BEFORE PASTING YOUR NEXT COMMENT REGARDING PHOTO READ).photo read might speed up your reading rate but only in case of books which involve vague content which does not involve concepts and things which make you to think.Please reply if it works for technical stuffs.

Hi I am student of Engineering.Being a Student of computer science and as an engineer i have to read lot of technical stuffs.Here I PHOTO READ MANY BOOKS BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK WHEN IT COMES TO TECHNICAL CONTENT.The actual thing going on is Photo read may work for books on history,psychology, and novels ,articles.But when it comes to technicals stuffs its just mere time waste because if you miss even an single word while reading technical books you are not going to end up with the concept and not going to understand what they really mean.

Have the look at the books in the board while paul takes seminar all does not involve ant technical content and things which make u think 1)personal growth 2)spiritual 3)healing/health/fitness 4)business strategies 5)wealth 6)creativity I believe that the content in this book though read by skipping chapters defined going to make sense and easy to remember because they are easy and vague.Will it possible to photo read an maths book?

Come on guys, you're wasting your time if you honestly believe Photoreading is worth your time. Photoreading is a complete hoax that has been proven to be a hoax multiple times. Wikipedia photoreading if you don't believe me. Save yourself hundreds of wasted hours and learn old fashioned skimming, scanning, maybe some speed reading as well - try EyeQ Reading Improvement (also available here) If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I wasted my time on this before, and got nothing out of it. Save yourself the download limit.
