Alex Fletcher used to be a superstar, but eventually his popularity began to ebb, and has practically disappeared. But the case could give him another chance - Alex offered to record a duet with super star. But to do this, Alex, have a couple of days to write the text for the song. Our hero had never written a single line, and is almost in despair, but then there is the young Sophie, having the talent to write lyrics. Between the singer and the wayward girl soon erupt feelings. "Music and Lyrics" - in its own way is amazing movie: all that is best in the movie fit on the initial and the final credits. Clip of «PoP» group is impossible to watch without laughing: the authors not only skillfully mocked music videos of the 1980th, but also that is important, perfectly captured the atmosphere of music videos of those days. At the end credits we see the same clip, just a kind of epilogue to the accompaniment in the form of on-screen text, which contains more humor, romance and funny situations, than all the rest of the film. The comedy has turned out light, music, and very funny (especially singer and sister Sophie). Although the music and lyrics seem to be poppy, but they are nice to listen to!
