Invader ZIM

A wonderful example of a satirical cartoon of John Vasquez recalled more famous "Futurama": it parodies many clichés of Hollywood on the capture of the Earth by aliens, conspiracies, paranormal investigations, and so on and so forth, and makes fun of pressing problems in our lives. Zim – one of Irken ambitious race that was sent to Earth for allegedly useful information to prepare the planet for Irken Empire seizure. At least so he thinks. In fact, the leaders of Irken just sent him to the farthest corner of the universe to get rid of the pesky invader. Along with his Robic Gere Zim starts his mission very seriously. Since there is too little information about future battlefield, Zim decides to join the crowd of students and the earth gradually carry out his destructive plans. Despite all the frivolity of the cartoon, it raises pressing social problems and evils of our society. Mocks not only the way of American life, but also the whole world. It shows humanity on the side from which to see it, sometimes we do not want. Maybe that's why Nickelodeon closed the show. "Invader Zim" TV series for all age groups, one will find in it something for himself.
