do we have to burn it to a dvd cuz i dont have a dvd burner only a cd burner my computer dosent even see a blank dvd when i put one in so id there like some software program i can use so i dont have to do that

No, you don't have to burn it. Just use DAEMON Tools Lite or something to mount the .ISO as a Virtual DVD and install it that way.

okayy download done!! i will seed for a couple weeks!!! everything fine, game runs great but when i try to play the arbiter level (heretics) the game crashes and my comp freezes up... i cant get past the level either. very frustrating. any thoughts? maybe bad dl?
