about the "nineteen years later" "spoiler", I think fido_glc talks about the fact it is present in the table of contents at the begining of the book (it is not in the real book). I think it is better to keep only "Epilogue" in the table of contents, like in the book.

Thanks a lot! By the way what "font" is used in this anyway? I don't mind getting the font and editing the PDF with all corrections thus far. However if I use the crm10 font in adobe pro it says still "no valid system font found". So where could I get a working one? ;-)
