Its alway better to concentrate on uploading 1 thing at a time if connection aint super. Then when u see a few have downloaded upload the next. That way you'll upload faster

Try usin K-Lite codec pack it works great with that ns if you dnt have it tyr somethin like WINAMP it plays fine with that aswell
