- Your alliance with Ferrell phenomenal. When you realize that you would work with him?
I've realized it after the first meeting when we decided to dine together. You see, I met many people who play in the genre of comedy, so I know that most comedians in real life differ from the images they create in a movie. These are usually gloomy people, which do not like their screen heroes. The Will is another. In life he is the same sweet, kind and sincere, as you see him in the movie. This is the best story of those who I know, and we've done everything in order to make it excellent cinematic version with director David O. Russell. We always knew it was a great drama, but there are also a lot of humor and emotion, and we all remember that Mickey Ward is not afraid of difficulties and won the title. This is a very real, very special film.

I want to end credits to the most viewers did not leave a smile and a laugh, but instead we are called to thinking and yawning search of meaning. And when in a rare moment on the screen we see funny moments, we begin to wonder why do producers add silly jokes to this drama?
