1). Star of TV series "Knight Rider" and "Baywatch" and in 1980 a successful singer David Hasselhoff will play in the sequel to "Piranhas". Prior to his presence in the project also confirmed by Gary Busey.
A remake of Joe Dante's movie "Piranha," shot by Alexander Azha, was released in August 2010 and became a hit, collecting $80 million in $25 million budget.
The movie was about the incident on Lake Victoria. The earthquake woke the sleeping soundly very ancient and bloodthirsty piranhas. Their first victim is a fisherman in the performance stars "Jaws" Richard Dreyfuss.
The popularity of painting so inspired the producers that they have announced the launch of the sequel a few days after the start of the film in worldwide box office. Instead Azha has been appointed Frenchman director of the film trilogy, the author of "Jaws" John Gulazher. And one of the animals they manage to steal from a local mafioso (Mickey Rourke). It is noteworthy that the star of "The Wrestler" and the second "Iron Man" is famous for his devotion to the dogs.
Among other projects of Rourke is the sequel to "The Expendables" in which actor dies on the job, and the plot will revolve around rescue his daughter.
For Farrell and McDonagh this will be the second joint work experience after Bruges. The director has won an Oscar in the Best Short Film at the tape "Full clip". Producers of "Psychopaths" advocate Graham Broadbent, Peter Chernin, Tessa Ross and Meghan Allison.
