Interview with Kristen Stewart
Kristen Stewart in an interview with PARADE talked about love scene between her and Robert Pattinson, and how for the first time Bella and Edward "hate each other."
About the love scene that fans of saga are waiting for.
"Intimate scenes were somewhat formal and weird. Whenever the camera is turned off, I pull a face to Robert, to amuse him. I could not take it all seriously. But I liked the romantic swim. I felt very relaxed."
About the way to the altar.
"All day I was not myself. This scene was one of the last, which we did, and I felt that the case moves to the end. I was totally focused, felt with the skin how strained were my nerves. In my head constantly scrolling sequence of all my actions in this scene. For example, I knew that at some point we have to show you how overwhelmed you are feeling and radiant with happiness. In the morning when we were shooting a wedding, I asked the guys to go to the site without me. I stayed in a bedroom and tried to imagine what I would have had to feel before the wedding, if it was really going on, and I think I did. It was good".
Never mind the accusations of old-fashioned love story.
"What I like in this film is the fact that Bill Condon is not afraid of what people would call this part of the saga sentimental. If you want to shoot this love story, you have to experience it in your heart and not be ashamed of it. I am confident in it".
How Bella and Edward "hated each other."
"Bella and Edward love each other, but they are in conflict. For the first time the impression that they, like, hate each other. I played the scene in which behaved differently, as if to betray everything that happened up to this point. I hated Edward. Bella turned into a wild beast. She tries to defend herself. She becomes a mother. This is the strongest feeling that she has ever experienced".
About shocking scene of childbirth.
"Despite the PG-13 rating, this scene is quite vivid and bloody. If adults choose to go to the movies with their children, they should know about it. It is really very stressful and scary time. Our story about how someone a fight for his beliefs. Bella decided: "I die for my child, I'm ready to do anything for him." I hope this does not scare the audience”.
Playing mother.
"I do not think there is something unnatural in the fact that at my age to have a baby. For example, my best friend recently gave birth to a baby. Unequivocally, I take this very seriously to be a mother, especially considering that it is the main aspect of the film".
About the end of the project.
"It's a strange feeling that you no longer need to proceed with the next part, on the other hand there is a sense of finality. It seems to be sad, but seemingly not. At such moments, you know how to be grateful that you lucky participate in this project. Time is not standing still, but I am absolutely confident that I will speak about "Twilight" to the end of my career. "
