FOX will send Zorro to the future
Since the last appearance of the knight of cloak, sword and mask on the big screen has passes already 6 years old - Antonio Banderas last played Zorro in the film by Martin Campbell in 2005. For some time in the studio Fox is brewing a new project about a famous hero, this action will only grow in the future.
Restarting of the story is called "Zorro Reborn". Former Don Diego de la Vega, instead of the usual 19-th century will be in a post-apocalyptic world. Unlike his predecessor, the new Zorro will not so much advocate unjustly, as a masked avenger, work for himself. History promises to become a kind of westerns movie in the style of Sergio Leone and the "No Country for Old Men".
Director is Rpin Syuvannat born in Thailand, who worked on pre-visualization of several well-known paintings, including "X-Men," "Van Helsing", "Superman Returns" and "The Chronicles of Narnia." In recent years, Hollywood is paying close attention to this profession. In particular, on the comics’ film Deadpool will work Tim Miller, who is also working on pre-visualization.
The script for "Zorro Reborn" has been written by Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevey. The duo has already pointed out at the studio Warner with scenario project "Harker" to revise the history of Earl Dracula.
