Jared against Jensen – debate of two supernatural brothers

They were not familiar, but thanks to TV series "Supernatural" Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles have become not only colleagues, but also best friends. Those Texas guys, like Winchester, share everything, except holidays and girlfriends, for two. Journal STARS talked with TV-brothers and asked them to answer a few questions about their characters, in order we would be able finally to decide whom of them we love more! So, here is interview.
Cool or a good-soul guy?
Jared: Due to the fact that in "Supernatural" Dean - is macho and Sam is calmer, people often think that I have a softer character.
Jensen: And they do not make mistakes.
Jared: Okay, I admit, I can be very good man.
Jensen: Have you not had cried over a book?
Jared: Yeah, but at least I have the courage to admit it. And you still believe in this old tales "real men do not cry".
Jensen: In the old-fashioned values, there is nothing wrong with that.
Jared: Do you know how he is? He does not worry about trifles. I once watched in admiration as after he had just been scolded a producer, he simply said: "Have you finished? Let's drink beer. I have to think about and digest everything that you've said".
Jensen: But, on the other hand, you're also a little like me. You are discreet and relaxed, and do not like to get involved in fights. You like to be alone and you are not weenie.
Friends or brothers?
Jensen: It's almost impossible to explain. Due to filming the show nine months of the year we have to spend together. And even during the breaks to do something just for yourself is impossible. We are always together. But if you want to compare our relationship and the relationship of Sam and Dean, it is a big difference. Jared never drives me crazy.
Jared: Brothers and sisters from time to time arguing. Or even worse, completely unable to get along. We with Jensen never had quarrels. I think it's rather infrequently notion.
Jensen: We are best friends, so there is nothing outstanding.
Optimist or pessimist?
Jensen: I'm a big optimist and usually try to see the good in people. I'm open-minded, but I'm not an extrovert. I've been known as a hard-working and practical person, who does not love additional sweats. I prefer to stay away from the paparazzi and red carpets of Hollywood tracks, focusing instead on my career.
Jared: I'm the same as Jensen said. I have nothing to add! And I am no less optimistic than the two Winchester brothers together.
Jensen: Dude, this is probably all too.
Loving preen or indifferent to the appearance?
Jared: You first!
Jensen: Many thanks, bro! Once I was a model, and I was taught to care about how I look. No, rather, never forget how I look! I love good clothes and, yes, I bring hair in order, before leaving the house. But that's all. I'm not the man who will go to beauty salons.
Jared: Regarding clothes, so I am not choosy here. Really. I wear what I like and usually those things that come across my eyes when I browse my room in the morning. Like today, for example. I put on my hat because my hair is not the best today, and I did not put anything special. However, I try to care on my body. My biggest fear - is to become thick.
Jensen: One day he had to act in the scene where he digs a grave without a shirt. I laughed so hard. He whined for weeks about this and not come out of the gym. However, when we started filming the scene, his trousers have torn. But the most remarkable fact that at that moment the camera was directly behind him! I couldn't stop my hysteria. Especially when he said: "Damn, did I only train for a long time tear my trousers?"
Jared: I want to tell some story about you too, in order to shame you, but I cannot remember anything.
Jensen: Because there are no such stories.
Superstitious or not?
Jensen: I would not call myself superstitious, but I think that between heaven and earth, there is something more than the eye can see. I am open to the perception of the supernatural, although so far I have not had to take the salt and drive away evil spirits from the threshold.
Jared: I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason. This may sound melodramatic, but I do not believe in coincidence. And I believe that we are not only living beings in this universe.
Nerd or heartbreaker?
Jensen: Nerd! Funny word!
Jared: Also nerd! While earlier people were saying that I look like Matt Damon, and now like a Brad Pitt.
Jensen: Yeah, dreaming!
Jared: Hard question. Well, who would speak about himself that he is a nerd or heartbreaker? If this happens, we must urgently carry urine for the doctor analysis!
Jensen: Of course, we noticed that we have a large group of fans. We are very pleased, but we do not stuff our heads with this. Just as we do not wonder, who among us is more popular. "Supernatural" has become so popular primarily because of its plot. However, this does not negate the fact that Jared uglier me and completely not know how to play. But what can he do about it?
Jared: When he starts to let such comments, I usually say: "Can I take you for a minute?"
Jensen: And if we say seriously, then, of course, we understand that "Supernatural" shows around the world. And it would be strange if we did not like at least one woman among all those spectators. But we do not have time to worry about it. We have been working for months to fifteen hours a day. And in the remaining couple of hours we don't care about what's going on with our popularity.
Jared: Work on 15 hours a day, by the way, it's more for nerds!
Careers in movies or on television?
Jared: Each of them has advantages and disadvantages, to combine them - a great luxury. If you acted in television series, you have a guaranteed permanent job at the same place. And besides, I see as an additional luxury of working with my best friend. We both agree that "Supernatural" in the first place, but after the capture will end, we will think about filming in some full screen movie. For example, earlier this year came "My Bloody Valentine" with Jensen and "Friday the 13th" with me.
Jensen: These movies fit into our working schedule, and work on them was incredibly interesting. And coming soon "Resident Evil: Afterlife", where I'll play a major role. We do not envy each other about such projects. Even if we often call each other to tell how it's relaxed and luxurious actually on the "Supernatural" stand. And, yes, sometimes we are also talking to each other that maybe we are lucky again to work together.

His pilot Murdoch is an absolute nutcase, but very charming. Soon his name in the titles will be a compelling reason to go to the movie - so beautiful he is.
The main cheerleader of "Hangover" Bradley Cooper turns all here - handsome Peck never misses skirts. A sturdy Barakus Quinton Jackson is afraid to fly!
This crazy action with gay characters and wacky pilot Murdoch deserves to continue, as no other!

On June 4, 2010 in the U.S. we all had a chance to see new thriller of Vincenzo Natali "Splice". Resource Shock Till You Drop has interviewed French actress Delphine Chanac, who performed Dran, a soul, resulting due to the experiments carried out on crossing human and animal DNA.
- Habits of what animal did you use to move Dran? "I tried going like a bird. I actually did not copy anything special, just use my imagination. I am, rather, my heroine, a freshman in this world, so I tried to forget everything I know about the world in order not to interfere Dran to comprehend it".
- How did Vincenzo find you?
"One time I've been trying one scene that requires physical fitness, and my friend has seen me. She was a casting director of another movie. She said that I have good muscles, and it's great because a Canadian film director come to France to search for the girl on the "physical" role. The next day I fly to Germany, but my friend said that I can come to play early. I had already watched the movie "Cube" and fell in love with him. I thought Vincenzo Natali was crazy, but the film was really amazing. On casting Vincenzo told me that I should represent a mixture of bird and girl. I thought: what's that? But I've tried and when I left, I saw outdoor were waiting their line more than 20 girls. "Vincenzo told me that they were trying to take on this role many actresses, but all the while continued to think about me, about the first girl. And this has built a wall between us, but a good wall. This wall kept me at a distance from them. I wanted to be a little "outsider".
- What do you think about the Dran exterior and its metamorphosis?
"It was exciting. I had the chance to reveal a very complex way. In my heroine there are a lot of physical strengths. I realize that Vincenzo sees everything in advance, he is very pedantic. Telling me my task, he, however, allowed me to find my Dran.
"I think now I know Dran better than he did. He worked on it for 8 years, and now I feel like a thief. I stole it from him, but it's good because we worked together and very quickly came to the general opinion on this image. For example, turning her head, she should move one way and not some sort. When she was a little, she was closed: her shoulders were directed inwards. Got older, she gradually spreads shoulders wider and wider".
- Are you planning now to work in America?
"If Americans want it (laughs). I have just appeared in Germany in the low-budget, but, nevertheless, great movie "The Big Black", and in 10 days I'm going to work in a French comedy and this is great."
A real Kick Ass at the world cinematography!

A modest high school student - a fan of comic books, which ignore the girls and press yobs, wears a green suit and declares himself to the world under the name Kick-Ass. His fight with yobs someone takes on the phone and puts on YouTube - and Kick Ass became a super popular at the same moment. But once in his exploits Kick Ass has faced with two other superheroes, who hunt for the head of the local Mafia - and his life is threatened.
A real Kick Ass at the cinematography! It is quite realistic in content - and ultimately carbon monoxide, the film combines comedy, drama, cool comics, beauty and unbelievable thriller in the style of "Shut up and whack!"
In term of blood this film has rolled over all socio-limits. Blood gushes from hands, heads and bodies, from anywhere, including and superheroes themselves.
The military choreography makes us open mouth and watch, forgetting about the jaw, has fallen to our knees. Okay Kick Ass - he is still green, but when we see Batman-Daddy and his little daughter Hit-Girl, the screen is full of something unimaginable - flying weapons, utensils, furniture and the body of bandits.
This movie looks like all cool pictures in the genre of "shooter" - from "Equilibrium" and "Robocop" - to "Ultraviolet" and "Highly dangerous", creating a pleasant nostalgic cinematograph atmosphere.
Kick Ass has been directed by Matthew Vaughn well known by his films "Star dust" by Neil Gaiman script, and even earlier - the film "Layer Cake", that made Daniel Craig a new Bond. He knows how to create beauty, humor and brutality, and the tender relationship between the characters on the screen.
All this is fully invested in Vaughn "Kick Ass" - a film by turns becomes a hellish medley and the bloody bath, and the carbon comedy about the idiot in the diving suit, a story about teenage love, a cold dish of revenge from the menu itself Tarantino - a beautiful and sad comics substituted-story about cop and his little daughter.
But the main note of "Kick Ass" is laughter and shock. A considerable proportion of them are taken by Hit-Girl - eleven-year girl, who, cheered by the music kills the bandits, like a pigs, and their limbs hacked off a slight stroke, causing surprise. With no doubt Chloe Moretts is the best here!
However, other actors are also in their places. Kick Ass - Aaron Johnson balances between shy nerd and naively brave superhero in hydro-suit. In specs, he recalls John Lennon, and this is already noticed: Johnson played Lennon in the movie "The guy from Liverpool."
Nicolas Cage goes wildly similar roles: eternally dejected, in which he is able to magically ignite, releasing his inner demon (as in "Face / Off" and "Bad Lieutenant").
Mark Strong is as usual good in the role of the charismatic and impeccably stylish villain.
The impression of the film is equal to the name, and the only wish to see quickly promised finale of the second part!
Sex in a big city – once again!

Women's "Four Musketeers" Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte are back on the big screen, as on the podiums. In the second feature-length "Sex" Carrie faces the same problem as the three-dimensional "Shrek" their cozy home with Big is fast becoming a household swamp. Charlotte got children; Miranda is pressed by a nasty boss, and Samantha is sitting on hormones to overtake her climax.
Creators of "Sex and the City 2" had some pity on men and add to the story pretty tits nanny for the children of Charlotte. Alice Eve an actress of outstanding talents (especially in the wet t-short).
The first half part of the second "Sex ..." familiar to us ladies make it fun in New York, and after move to Abu Dhabi, where the intervals between advertising luxury of "new Middle East" continues in the same spirit.
The film is really tightened mercilessly - and sometimes causes a persistent desire in unison with the critical reviews on a new book, Carrie advise her to seal her mouth with a tape.
But if you do not moan in the timing and the lack of subtle revelations, in general, everything is rather well.
Carrie still lost the will when see a new shoes, and Samantha - from bulging swimming trunks men's rugby team.
"Sex and the City 2", as before, - is a nice film.

I think the best in film are the sets and stunts: Prince Dastan shows real class throughout the film, tumbling, jumping on the roofs and running over the walls. Watching his acrobatics as exciting as playing in the "Prince of Persia" itself - I think it was that wanted producers. In addition, the situation in the film is created with love and care - the audience brought the majestic eastern city, bustling markets and neighborhoods and the royal desert. Against this background events of the film seemed to be Untold Story of Fairy Tales "Thousand and One Nights".
Not let us down and humor: Sheik Amar in a sparkling performance by Alfred Molina in all the scenes jokes, Prince Dastan adds funny situations. Under a fairy tale oriental color filmmakers wanted to invite on a key role non-western but eastern artists. Guillermo Del Toro, who said on May 31 about his resignation from the project "Hobbit", appealed to fans of the franchise in a letter that was published on the site TheOneRing. In a message to the director explained his attitude to the situation and said goodbye to the fans of the project.
Well, I'm here again. As promised, I wrote this letter before the end of the weekend. I want to thank those of you who have supported me from the beginning, and those who joined along the way. Moreover, I want to say goodbye, and with those who did not want or do not have time to find faith.
So, that what happened is an unusual situation for such a large project. Peter & Co over the years have been worked on "Lord of the Rings" and I'm myself in the cinema for a long time and took a lot of movies ... but to devote so much time and energy to something, especially if you are rigidly agreements, if ever ask for a delay on contractual obligations, signed with other studios, such things didn't happen with me.
My interest in the project required enormous sacrifices, both personally and professionally. The consequences of my decisions will be reminded for years. I've changed my whole life, moved my family to New Zealand and first boarded the project in 2008.
So, as mentioned earlier delays, contractual difficulties and obstacles encountered more than once, and it all happened with the participation of more than one legal entity, you have just to believe that all this was severe enough to cause such denouement. To leave New Zealand and the "Hobbit" crew for me was extremely painful.
As I said earlier, all work on design, CGI-images, scenery and models - reflecting my views on Mirkwood, Spider, Vargas, Stone trolls and imagination about the rest of the team (Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, Philippa Boyens) - continue and we will try to facilitate the process of adaptation to the new project director.
I believe that movies will be removed. As you read this letter, the project develops. Our team - Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, Philippa Boyens and I- will continue to work on the script.
Perhaps even sooner than we think, we all see the finished film, and I always will jump on the spot when a scene or being or turning the story, created under my leadership. Everyone who worked on the Novels receive two films. And what about me? I'll look on my family members through the film. On my children from far away!
I hope that you understand how delicate this issue for me. Of course, I will follow developments with interest and read the messages on the forums. But here on the site, I will no longer, and I'll keep you informed. Again, this is one of the hardest decisions in my life.
