Christopher Metas biography
Christopher Metas is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has trained at the University of Michigan, at John Fernald's Academy of Dramatic Art, with Etienne Decroux and Jacques Lecoq in Paris, France, and the Theatre Laboratory of Jerzy Grotowski in Wroclaw, Poland. He has played lead and supporting roles with such regional theatre companies as South Coast Repertory, the Meadow Brook Theatre, the Los Angeles and North Carolina Shakespeare Festivals, and in L.A. with The Actors' Gang and at The Odyssey Theatre. An accomplished screenwriter, Mr. Metas has written for Tri-Star Pictures and is a member of the Writer's Guild of America. His first play, "Foursome", was produced at The Actors' Gang in Los Angeles under a Flintridge Foundation grant.
