Ramses Jimenez biography
Raised on the south side of Chicago, producer/director Ramses Jimenez was first introduced to film at Columbia College in Chicago where he studied Film. Jimenez began his artistic career as an actor quite unexpectedly after an interview for an on-set gaffing position took a surprise turn when the director convinced him to audition for the lead role in the independent film "Chicago Boricua" which he eventually landed. The film launched his career as an actor while also bringing him closer to his passion; producing and directing. After starring in three independent films, three studio films (Lets Go to Prison, Batman: Dark Knight, Nothing Like the Holidays) and various TV show appearances, he began working behind the scenes with Vin Diesel producing the short film "Bandoleros" for "Fast and Furious" and quickly followed up with an original in concept TV pilot starring Zoe Saldana. Since his acting debut, Ramses has additionally honed his craft developing music videos, commercial video, web design, iPhone application content, and social web media integration. His message is simple; "Deliver quality product quickly and efficiently while maintaining the utmost professional integrity possible."
