Willow Hale biography
Willow grew up in Gulfport, Mississippi now famous for Hurricanes, and started dancing, singing and modeling at age 3. She took up guitar at 13 and continues to this day to play write songs and sing. Willow went to New York in 1976 and studied with both Herbert Berghof and Uta Hagen. In 1983 just after running the NYC Marathon in the pouring rain, Willow was on set acting in Ghost Busters, a classic for all time. She came out to Los Angeles the end of 1987 and was cast in thirty something. During the 1988 strike studied with Milton Katselas and did some theatre. During this time also she was married and divorced. In 1994, she played Alma in Summer & Smoke which she won an acting award at Pierson Playhouse, LA. In 2002, she was cast in Banana Moon and from then on was back in the swing of acting in films and TV, her loves. In 2007 she made KinShip with her friend Bruce Cervi and has since been continuously acting in all kinds of films and shorts and TV. Life goes on.
