Three-time Australian Champion Martial Artist Andy Minh Trieu expanded his repertoire from competing in front of an audience in Kung Fu contests, to performing for audiences in a range of roles across stage and screen. With a strong focus on action - his favorite genre - Andy first worked on a major project called Shanghai Lady Killer. The project, with writer / producer Tony Ayres, is a Hong Kong action style story adapted to for the stage. The show featured wire work displays and Andy worked and trained with Cirque du Soleil personnel and stunt performers.

On the television front, Andy worked on an action series from the producers of Star Wars, called Resistance. Also starring in roles on Australian shows Rescue Special Ops, Rake, Crime Investigations Australia, "Whats good for you", and Gangs of Oz. The National Acting School Graduate, who also holds a double degree in International Relations and Business, is capable of acrobatics and fight choreography.

Always dedicated to Martial Arts training, Andy traveled to Japan to train Kendo (Japanese swordsmanship) in Kumamoto, and also trained with the Japanese Wushu (Kung Fu Team) in Tokyo. His training has led him to work on projects with performers and trainers from the motion pictures Wolverine, Superman, Star Wars I, II, III, Australia, and The Matrix.
